Effective July 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the LEIP platform at leip.datamatrix.co.ls, operated by Data Matrix / Bohlokoa Enterprises, Maseru, Lesotho ("we", "us").
LEIP is a confidential electoral analysis platform provided as a managed service to contracted clients under a written Services Agreement. Access is by individually issued, role-based accounts only. These terms supplement, and where they conflict are subordinate to, the Services Agreement between us and your organisation.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access levels are set by role; attempting to access functions beyond your clearance, to probe, scrape, or interfere with the platform, or to share exported material beyond its stated classification, is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
Reports, screens, and exports are classified CONFIDENTIAL, are watermarked, and are traceable to the account that generated them. They are for the internal use of the contracting organisation only.
The platform provides statistical analysis, simulations, and projections. Every figure carries a stated confidence level, and assumptions are published alongside outputs. Projections are probabilities, not promises: no output constitutes a guarantee of any electoral outcome, and no decision should rely on any single figure without its stated confidence and assumptions.
The platform may be used only in support of lawful campaigning and research. It provides no capability for, and must not be used in pursuit of, individual voter targeting, vote buying, voter suppression, or any activity contrary to the laws of Lesotho, including its electoral and data protection laws.
The platform, its models, methods, and documentation remain the property of Data Matrix / Bohlokoa Enterprises. Official electoral data remains the property of its issuing authorities and is used with attribution.
Service levels, support, and limitations of liability are set out in the Services Agreement and its SLA annexure. The platform is provided without warranty beyond what that agreement states.
